As I was searching through one of my favorite sites, 500px, I found this great shot of Rome at sunset. When I saw this picture it took me right back there and gave me the wonderful feelings that come along with it.
Just picture yourself calm and relaxed, sipping on a tiny shot of espresso. Image the roman soldiers walking down the streets and over the bridge. Imagine horse drawn carts with people dressed in robes. Sounds real cool, doesn’t it?
This is only one tiny experience you can have when traveling to Italy. Travel throughout Europe brings so much joy and amazement.
If you’re from the United States, traveling to a place like this gives you the opportunity to see how life was way before your country even existed. It really puts the reality of history into perspective.
